Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s degree is preferred.
• 15+ years of professional experience with significant leadership in international logistics, freight forwarding or integrated logistics services.
• Proven experience managing international transportation operations across road, air and sea.
• Strong track record in international sales, business development, tender management and strategic account management.
• Advanced English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales, business development, supply and operational activities for international integrated logistics services.
• Identify and develop new international business opportunities and markets; lead strategic customer acquisition initiatives.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies to grow international logistics revenues, customer portfolio and market share.
• Lead international tenders, pricing, quotation and contract management processes, ensuring profitability.

• Develop scalable integrated logistics solutions by combining transportation, warehousing and value-added services.
• Manage departmental budget, revenue, cost and profitability; take corrective actions when required.
• Build and maintain relationships with strategic customers, partners, suppliers and international stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs and report to senior management with insights to support decisions.
• Coach and develop the international logistics team; foster performance culture.

Due to our continuous growth driven by strong investments, we are looking for an “Head of International Integrated Logistics Services” to be based at our Headquarters.

The Role:

• Lead the sales, business development, supply and operational activities of international integrated logistics services in line with the company's strategic objectives.
• Identify and develop new international business opportunities and markets, leading strategic customer acquisition initiatives.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies to grow international logistics revenues, customer portfolio and market share.
• Lead international tenders, pricing, quotation and contract management processes, ensuring commercial efficiency, profitability and sustainable business models.
• Oversee international road, air, sea and integrated logistics operations, ensuring high service quality and alignment with customer expectations.
• Develop innovative and scalable integrated logistics solutions by combining transportation, warehousing, distribution and other value-added services.
• Manage and monitor departmental budget, revenue, cost and profitability performance, taking corrective actions when required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers, business partners, suppliers and international stakeholders.
• Manage operational risks, capacity planning and process improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
• Establish and monitor key KPIs for the department and evaluate performance against strategic and financial targets.
• Regularly report commercial, operational and strategic developments to senior management and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Lead, coach and develop the international logistics management team, ensuring effective performance management, succession planning and continuous capability development.
• Foster a performance-oriented, collaborative and customer-centric culture across the department.
• Ensure all activities comply with applicable legal requirements, company policies and Quality Management System standards.
• Represent and promote the company's mission, vision, values and strategic priorities within the international logistics organization.

The Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering or a related field; MBA or Master's degree is preferred.
• 15+ years of professional experience, with significant leadership experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain or integrated logistics services.
• Proven experience managing international transportation operations, preferably across road, air and sea freight.
• Strong track record in international sales, business development, tender management and strategic account management.
• Demonstrated experience in developing new markets, acquiring strategic customers and building long-term commercial partnerships.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing revenue, costs, budgets and profitability.
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with a results-oriented approach.
• Advanced English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
