Job summary

TCL Electronics Türkiye is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Specialist to drive efficient operations from warehouse to customer in Turkey. You will support WMS/TMS processes, coordinate with logistics partners, and ensure accurate inventory records and timely deliveries.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, problem-solving, and collaboration with sales, customer service, and carriers. Travel to warehouses and partner sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• 2-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Understanding of inventory management principles and a data-driven mindset.
• Strong problem-solving and crisis management skills.
• Organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing complex processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driving license and ability to travel without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Support WMS/TMS processes to ensure accurate and continuous operations.
• Manage 3PL logistics activities, including order creation, shipment coordination, and delivery tracking.
• Maintain alignment between system records, physical inventory, and shipment activities.
• Support stocktaking activities, documentation, and reporting.
• Proactively track shipments and act as the key contact for logistics partners.
• Prepare and analyze reports on inventory, order fulfillment, and logistics performance.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, carriers, and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.
• Travel to warehouses, logistics partners, and operational locations when required to ensure smooth execution.
• Support issue resolution by responding effectively to operational challenges and unexpected situations.
