Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a Solution Architect to lead PLM implementations with Teamcenter in complex engineering environments. You will translate design processes into practical PLM solutions and work with cross-functional teams to deliver tangible results.

The role requires consulting experience, clear communication of technical concepts, and a willingness to travel as projects demand. Hybrid work arrangements are supported with global mobility opportunities.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with PLM solutions, preferably Teamcenter.
Experience in consulting or implementing product development processes.
Ability to explain technical concepts to people who aren’t engineers.
Track record of delivering results on time and to specification.
Willingness to travel when projects require it.

Responsibilities

Implement PLM (Teamcenter) solutions using proven methodologies in live environments.
Collaborate with the team to translate knowledge of design processes into practical PLM implementations.
Work with Program Managers, Project Managers, and other architects to ensure PLM solutions fit into the business.
Document what works and what doesn't, capturing lessons learned with customers and teams.
Support pilot projects by testing proposed solutions and explaining findings to stakeholders.
Help team members work through technical problems with guidance from experience.
