Job summary

Accor in Turkey is seeking a friendly waiter to enhance guest experiences in our hotel restaurant. You will prepare service setups, welcome guests, take orders, advise on menu, serve, and handle bills while maintaining cleanliness and teamwork.

Qualifications

Preferably graduated from Tourism and Hotel Management departments of colleges/universities.
High communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office programs and Opera system.
Careful about appearance.
High personal awareness.
Experience in the service sector.
Talented in organization.
Career-oriented in the tourism field.
Loves working in a team and is compatible with teamwork.
Can be involved in social projects followed by the company.
Preferably proficient in English.

Responsibilities

Preparing tables, chairs, service sets, etc. before service.
Checking reservations and menus.
Welcoming customers.
Advising customers on food and beverage selection.
Taking food and beverage orders from customers.
Serving food and beverages.
Collecting the bill.
Receiving requests and complaints from customers and forwarding them to the authorities.
