Job summary

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts İstanbul'da Misafir Deneyimi Uzmanı arıyor. Görev, misafirlerin konaklaması süresince check-in/out süreçlerini sorunsuz kılmanın ötesinde, akışkan ve unutulmaz bir deneyim yaratmayı hedefler. Görev yerine göre otel içi operasyonları yürütür, misafir isteklerini karşılar ve raporlar hazırlar.

Çalışanlar ayakta uzun süre çalışır, fiziksel hareket eder ve müşteri odaklı profesyonellik sergiler. Eğitim seviyesi: Lise diploması veya GED; deneyim gerekliliği yok.

Qualifications

• Yüksek okul diploması veya GED eşdeğeri gereklidir.

Responsibilities

• Misafirlerin check-in/check-out süreçlerini sorunsuz kılmanın ötesinde, konaklama deneyimini unutulmaz kılacak hizmetler sunmak.
• Operasyonel ihtiyaçları yürütmek, misafir isteklerini karşılamak, raporlar hazırlamak ve bölgenin öne çıkan noktalarını paylaşmak.

Doing all these things well (and other reasonable job duties as requested) is critical for Guest Experience Experts – to get it right for our guests and our business each and every time.
