Job summary

Massive Bio, Inc. is seeking a Growth Manager to own how we acquire and convert users across our platform. You’ll run experiment-driven initiatives, build dashboards, and optimize funnels to drive high-quality conversions in a fast-paced, data-driven setting.

You’ll work across partnerships, organic content, and paid media, collaborating with product, operations, and engagement teams to scale growth. English communication and autonomy are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of growth marketing experience in data-driven environments.
• Proven track record designing experiments that move key metrics.
• Strong full-funnel thinking: conversion, cohort analysis, unit economics.
• Hands-on proficiency with analytics/experimentation tools (GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Optimizely).
• Experience across paid and organic channels with a test-and-learn approach.
• Excellent English communication; able to present strategies to C-level leaders.
• Self-starter, autonomous, fast-moving, and comfortable with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own full user acquisition funnel from first touchpoint to conversion.
• Build growth dashboards tracking funnel performance and unit economics.
• Optimize for quality of conversions across channels and segments.
• Design, launch, and measure rapid experiments across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and engagement teams for feasible experiments.
• Provide strategic direction to campaign execution teams.
• Track CAC, CPA, and ROAS with documented learnings.
