Job summary

Massive Bio is hiring a Growth Manager to take ownership of how we acquire and convert users across our platform. This is a hands-on, experiment-driven role for someone who has scaled acquisition funnels in fast-moving environments and wants to apply that skill set to a product with real human impact.

Our users are cancer patients and healthcare providers. The funnel moves from awareness through consent, medical record collection, prescreening, and enrollment.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of growth marketing, performance marketing, or user acquisition in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Demonstrated track record of designing and executing experiments that move key metrics (conversion, retention, revenue).
• Strong understanding of full-funnel thinking: conversion rates, cohort analysis, and unit economics.
• Hands-on proficiency with analytics and experimentation tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Optimizely).
• Ability to work across paid and organic channels with a test-and-learn approach.

Responsibilities

• Own the full user acquisition funnel from first touchpoint to conversion and run experiments to improve conversion.
• Build and maintain growth dashboards tracking funnel performance, cohorts, and unit economics.
• Design and measure rapid experiments across channels: partnerships, organic and content marketing, community building, and paid media.
