Job summary

Astons invites an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Türkiye team on a full-time basis. You will attract and manage partnerships with banks, family offices, real estate agencies, and private brokers to grow the client network.

You will supervise the Turkish B2B department, lead negotiations, and develop commercial offers. Travel for partner events and close collaboration with Marketing are integral to success.

Qualifications

• Relevant work experience in Business Development/Sales, preferably in immigration or private banking sectors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Attract new partners (banks, family offices, boutiques, real estate agencies, private brokers, etc.) and build long-term relationships to expand the client network.
• Organize the Turkish B2B department: supervise staff, set tasks and targets.
• Handle negotiations and presentations; develop commercial offers.
• Conduct research and data analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing to organize campaigns and partner events.
• Maintain a calendar of partner events.
• Go on business trips to organize and participate in partner events.
• Analyze competitors' activities to inform strategy.
• Generate and implement new business ideas to increase sales.
• Sign contracts and monitor their implementation.
