Job summary

Cerebrovita is hiring a Growth & Digital Marketing Specialist to grow its digital business from Istanbul and across the Marmara region. Qualifications

• 2+ years in performance marketing, digital marketing, or growth.
• Hands-on Meta Ads campaigns experience.
• Experience with Google Ads and GA4 analytics.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics and optimization.
• Analytical, commercially minded, comfortable with data.
• Data-driven with focus on ROI and measurable outcomes.
• Growth mindset; curious about conversion drivers and growth.
• Interest in e-commerce and customer growth.
• Proactive and ownership from idea to execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns end-to-end.
• Track and improve ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, CTR, CPC, and AOV.
• Analyze performance using GA4 and advertising platforms and turn insights into actions.
• Identify and test new acquisition channels and growth opportunities beyond paid advertising.
• Develop and test initiatives to improve customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and repeat purchase.
• Use data to identify growth opportunities and bottlenecks across the funnel.
• Continuously experiment with new campaigns, offers, channels, partnerships, and growth ideas, measure their impact, and scale what works.
• Improve e-commerce performance across campaigns, landing pages, product pages, and the customer journey.
• Develop CRM and customer lifecycle initiatives across engagement, retention, repeat purchase, and reactivation.
• Collaborate with designers and content partners to develop and test high-performing creatives.
• Explore and use AI tools to improve campaign execution, analysis, creative workflows, and productivity.
