Job summary

Trenkwalder Turkey seeks a Graphic Designer to drive product design from concept to production, shaping covers and patterns for the textile line with close teamwork across Design, Sales, and Customer Service. You will translate trends into creative outputs and help deliver customer-specific design solutions for the European market.

The role involves creating 3D pattern simulations and ensuring production-ready translation of designs, reporting to the Design Manager Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Design, Product Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of textiles, bedding styles, colors, patterns, and fashion trends.
• Good understanding of CAD design, weaving, and jacquard weaving processes.
• Knowledge of pattern making, cutting, and sewing techniques
• Proficiency in graphic and digital design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and EAT.
• Previous professional experience in a design role, preferably within a commercial environment.

Responsibilities

• Take an active role throughout the product development process, from initial design requests to final product creation
• Collaborate closely with the Design, Sales, and Customer Service teams to develop customer-oriented design solutions.
• Translate customer needs, market trends, and inspirations into creative designs, patterns, and cover concepts.
• Create 3D simulations of patterns and ensure that designs are properly translated into production-ready covers.
• Develop digital design concepts in collaboration with Sales, customers, and designers across the European market, with a strong focus on customer‑specific projects.
• Report directly to the Design Manager Europe.
