Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Textile Engineering.
• Preferably at least 5 years of experience in Textile Finishing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication skills; responsible, dynamic, and open to development and change.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Able to monitor production, quality, and efficiency indicators and prepare regular reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing processes inline with chemical demand planning and ensure laboratory analyses and conformity checks.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and cost control by comparing chemical consumption data with recipe consumption records.
• Conduct quality control and conformity assessment processes for purchased products and products under evaluation during procurement.
• Prepare daily production plans inline with production targets and coordinate with relevant teams.
• Monitor daily production performance and efficiency indicators, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are taken in a timely manner.
• Establish, develop, standardize, and monitor the sustainability of departmental processes.
• Follow maintenance, cleaning, and operational activities of machinery to ensure compliance with established plans.
• Contribute to annual budgeting activities, prepare future budget plans, and perform departmental cost analyses.
• Actively participate in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) activities.
• Take an active role in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing process efficiency and effectiveness.

Profile

Bachelor'sdegreeinChemicalEngineeringorTextileEngineering.
