Ödeal is seeking a Graphic Designer to craft original, platform-specific visuals for our social media channels, website, digital campaigns, and printed materials. You will strengthen Ödeal’s brand identity across touchpoints with a mix of static, illustrations, motion content, and print-ready assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva for multi-channel output.
• Hands-on with AI-powered image, video, and creative production tools.
• Ability to translate campaign objectives into engaging visuals.
• Experience designing content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and more.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.

Your Role:

Our marketing team is evolving beyond traditional boundaries blending product, data, and technology to build scalable acquisition systems.

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer that will;

• Create original, impactful, and platform-specific visual content for Ödeal’s social media channels, website, digital campaigns, corporate communications, and printed media materials.
• Develop visual materials that strengthen Ödeal’s brand identity while maintaining consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all touchpoints.
• Produce a wide range of creative assets, including static designs, illustrations, motion-based content, video edits, short-form video content, and print-ready materials such as brochures, posters, and corporate collateral.
• Integrate AI-powered design, image, and video production tools (e.g., Google Flow, Gemini, Fal, Magnific, Adobe Firefly) into daily workflows to accelerate production, explore creative alternatives, and improve output quality.
• Use analytical thinking and content performance insights to evaluate creative effectiveness and continuously improve future work.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to translate campaign objectives, target audience insights, and performance data into effective visual communication.
• Stay up to date with emerging design trends, digital content formats, and developments in generative AI, testing and implementing relevant new technologies.

Your Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–4 years of professional experience in graphic design and related visual communication fields.
• Strong command of tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, and Canva.
• Hands‑on experience with AI-powered image, video, and creative production tools, with the ability to incorporate them effectively into professional workflows.
• Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to interpret campaign objectives, audience behavior, and content performance when developing creative work.
• Experience designing content for different social media platforms, with a clear understanding of the requirements and user behaviors of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital channels.
• Ability to work across both digital and print formats, producing high‑quality visual outputs for multiple channels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver high‑quality work within deadlines.
• A proactive and solution‑oriented mindset, with curiosity for testing new tools, formats, and creative approaches.
• A strong and diverse portfolio demonstrating both creative quality and versatility across different formats.
