METRO Türkiye, muhasebe alanında deneyimli bir ekip arkadaşı arıyor. SAP sistemiyle tedarikçi ve satıcı hesap mutabakatlarını yönetecek, ilgili paydaşlarla iletişimi sürdürecek ve süreçlerin güvenilirliğini sağlayacaktır.

İyi yazılı ve sözlü İngilizce iletişim becerisi olan, analitik bakış açısına sahip, dinamik bir çalışma ortamında düzenli ve organize çalışmayı benimseyen adaylar tercih edilir. Hibrit çalışma modeli ve çalışan refahını destekleyen çeşitli olanaklar sunulur.

Qualifications

• Muhasebe/Finans/İşletme alanlarında lisans derecesi
• En az 2 yıl genel muhasebe tecrübesi
• SAP ile çalışmış olmak
• İyi yazılı ve sözlü İngilizce iletişim becerileri
• Güçlü analitik ve problem çözme yeteneği, sonuç odaklılık
• İletişim ve müzakere becerileri
• Dinamik bir ortamda düzenli ve organize bir yaklaşım sergileme yeteneği

Responsibilities

• Tedarikçiler ve satıcılarla hesap mutabakatlarını yapar.
• Tedarikçilerin muhasebe ile ilgili taleplerine zamanında yanıt verir.
• İç paydaşların ihtiyaç ve beklentilerini analiz eder.
• Mağazalar Operasyonları, Tedarikçiler ve Kategori ekipleri arasındaki muhasebe koordinasyonunun ana temasını oluşturur.
• Hibrit servis merkezinin Hindistan'daki faaliyetlerini izler, doğruluk ve verimliliği sağlar ve gerektiğinde eğitim verir.
• Gelen e-faturaları izler ve ilgili departmanlara yönlendirilmesini sağlar.

İş Tanımı

• Perform account reconciliations with suppliers and vendors.
• Respond to suppliers’ accounting-related inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Analyze internal stakeholders’ needs and expectations.
• Act as the key point of contact for accounting-related coordination between Store Operations, Suppliers, and Category teams.
• Monitor and oversee the activities performed by the Shared Service Center in India, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, and provide training when necessary.
• Monitor incoming e-invoices and ensure they are routed to the relevant departments for further processing.

Nitelikler

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in general accounting.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment while maintaining a structured and organized approach.
