Job summary

METRO Türkiye’de Grafik Tasarım Uzmanı arıyoruz. Marka kimliğine uygun dijital ve basılı medya tasarımları geliştirecek, kampanya projelerinde yer alacak ve video tasarımları üretecek bir ekip arkadaşı arıyoruz. Kreatif portföyünüzle estetik çözümler sunmanız bekleniyor.

İleri düzeyde Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign/After Effects yetkinliği, İngilizce becERisi ve takım çalışmasına yatkınlık aranmaktadır. Hibrit çalışma modeli ile esnek çalışma imkanı sunulur.

Qualifications

• Üniversitelerin grafik tasarımı ve görsel iletişim bölümlerinden mezun olmak
• Grafik tasarımında en az 4 yıl deneyime sahip olmak
• Adobe Creative Suite’e hakim olmak (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
• İyi derecede İngilizce bilmek
• Tasarım sürecinde yenilikçi ve estetik çözümler üretebilmek
• Güncel tasarım trendlerini ve dijital gelişmeleri takip etmek
• İletişim gücü yüksek ekip çalışmasına yatkın olmak
• Portföy sunumu yapabilmek
• Etkili ve yaratıcı video tasarımları konusunda yetkin olmak

Responsibilities

• Marka kimliğiyle uyumlu yaratıcı tasarımlar geliştirmek
• Dijital ve basılı medya için tasarımlar hazırlamak (kataloglar, afişler, broşürler, bannerlar, sosyal medya, mağaza görselleri)
• Video içerik tasarımları üretmek
• Kampanya ve projelerde pazarlama ekibiyle işbirliği yapmak
• Marka imajını güçlendirmek için yenilikçi fikirler önermek

İş Tanımı

Develop creative designs aligned with the brand identity of METRO Türkiye Prepare designs for both digital and print media (catalogs, inserts, magazine ads, posters, brochures, banners, social media, in-store visuals) Design video content Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and projects Propose innovative design ideas to strengthen the brand image

Nitelikler

• Graduated from the graphic design and visual communication design departments of universities
• Minimum 4 years of experience in graphic design (Agency or Corporate experience)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
• Good command of English
• Ability to create innovative and aesthetic solutions in the design process
• Stay up to date with current design trends and digital developments
• Team player with strong communication skills, open to feedback
• Able to provide a portfolio featuring previous work
• Skilled in creating effective and creative video designs
