Citigroup Inc. is seeking the GNB Country Head for Türkiye.

The role leads a team of Relationship Managers and Associates, shaping strategic client coverage for local subsidiaries of multinational corporations and orchestrating Citi’s product solutions through cross-functional collaboration. The position demands extensive leadership experience, a strong compliance mindset, and the ability to engage executive-level clients (CFOs, Treasurers).

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in people management and leadership roles.
• Fluent in English and proficient in Turkish.
• Strong strategic and financial analysis capabilities.
• Ability to manage senior client relationships and executive stakeholders.
• Proven compliance and risk awareness in a multinational bank.

Responsabilités

• Lead Global Network Banking Turkey, directing Relationship Managers and Associates.
• Develop and execute coverage strategy for local subsidiaries of global corporates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver Citi solutions.
• Maintain ALCO/BRCC involvement and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Grow market share and share of wallet for Citi Türkiye within policy constraints.
