Job summary

Novartis in Fatih, Istanbul seeks a Master Data & Documentation specialist to manage manufacturing data and SOPs. You will oversee SAP S4HANA routings, BOMs, batch record templates, and MES updates while ensuring compliant documentation and training for shopfloor teams.

The role requires GMP knowledge, data analytics capability, and a process excellence mindset to support batch releases and continuous improvement within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management and execution in manufacturing.
• Strong data analytics and GMP/quality awareness.
• Proactive problem solving with process improvement mindset.
• Ability to train and drive documentation readiness on shopfloor.

Responsibilities

• Manage master data and documentation in manufacturing settings.
• Update product/process routings and BOMs in SAP S/4HANA.
• Oversee batch record templates, SOP revisions, and MES updates.
• Support technical batch release and variance analysis for process orders.
• Ensure CIRF forms are issued and reconciled; deliver training as needed.
