Job summary

Occlutech is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist (m/w/d) in Turkey to manage local supply chain operations, focusing on customs clearance, FTZ procedures, and intercompany deliveries. You will coordinate import/export activities for machinery and materials, while ensuring SAP transaction accuracy and timely deliveries.

Ideal candidates have a degree in business-related fields or 3+ years of relevant experience, strong English, ERP/SAP knowledge, and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering, or related field, or commercial education with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent English proficiency (minimum B2).
• Knowledge of customs clearance procedures and Free Trade Zone operations preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP S/4HANA knowledge is a plus.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience in automotive or MedTech industries including ISO 13485 knowledge is a plus.
• Strong strategic thinking, organizational, negotiation, problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication, proactive mindset and entrepreneurial approach.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate local supply chain operations, focusing on customs clearance and Free Trade Zone procedures.
• Manage import/export processes for machinery, equipment, raw materials and semi-finished goods per customs regs and FTZ requirements.
• Coordinate external sterilization processes and related SAP transactions.
• Support on-time delivery, material quality and supplier-related activities.
• Optimize inventory levels against stock targets and ensure SAP transaction accuracy.
• Coordinate intercompany deliveries.
• Manage ECR/CAPA processes and QMS documentation, including audit prep and participation.
• Provide flexible operational support for daily activities as needed.
