Job summary

Evyap is seeking a student intern in data master data roles to support creation, validation, and improvement of master data records. You will monitor data quality, assist in data cleansing and standardization, and collaborate across departments to ensure accurate data for business needs.

The role requires 3+ days per week availability, a minimum 6-month commitment, and knowledge of SQL/Power BI plus strong Excel skills. English proficiency and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 3rd or 4th year student in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, MIS, Computer Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Available to work at least 3 days per week.
• Able to continue the internship for a minimum of 6 months.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or data visualization tools is a plus.
• Good command of English.
• Good knowledge of Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn data management processes and systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation, maintenance, and validation of master data records.
• Assist in monitoring data quality and ensuring compliance with data governance standards.
• Participate in data cleansing, standardization, and improvement activities.
• Support new product/material master data creation processes.
• Perform data analysis and prepare reports to support business needs.
• Collaborate with different departments to collect, verify, and maintain accurate data.
• Contribute to digitalization and process improvement projects.
• Prepare documentation and support the continuous improvement of master data processes.
• Assist in identifying data inconsistencies and proposing improvement opportunities.
