Job summary

REED Turkey is seeking a SAP PP Business Analyst to map processes and translate business requirements into SAP functionality. The role requires a strong manufacturing background, fluent English, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.

You will configure, customize, and validate SAP PP solutions, train end-users, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive value. Some international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree required.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Experience with SAP PP as a functional analyst.
• Ability to present and communicate ideas in business-friendly language.
• Proactive, analytical, and pragmatic solution builder.
• Team-oriented and collaborative.
• Willingness to short international business trips.

Responsibilities

• Map processes and information flows with business lines.
• Translate requirements into functionality and assess risks and impacts.
• Define the software design that matches internal needs.
• Customize, validate solutions and follow up implementations.
• Configure and document software and processes using standards.
• Provide training and first-line end-user support.
• Challenge existing processes to find better ways of doing business.
• Stay informed of advances in software technologies for process improvements.
• Build long-term relationships with business partners to drive SAP PP value.
