Zusammenfassung

Reed Recruitment Türkiye is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety Manager for an international manufacturing client. The role requires a bachelor's degree (MS preferred) and 10+ years of manufacturing experience with strong knowledge of process safety and management systems.

NEBOSH or SEVESO certificates are a plus, and excellent English communication is essential. The successful candidate will lead SHE and Sustainability initiatives, perform risk assessments, and oversee waste management

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MS degree preferable.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge in process safety and management system documentation.
• NEBOSH and SEVESO certificates are a plus.
• Excellent spoken and written English with ability to interact at all levels of management.
• Proven team and project management experience.

• Implement SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) and Sustainability plans/programs and monitor progress.
• Assume SHE Management role in safety, health and environment project aspects.
• Conduct workplace, process and job safety risk assessments.
• Maintain environment and waste management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, MS Degree will be a plus
• Minimum 10 years of experience preferably in manufacturing industry
• Good knowledge in process safety and management system documentation
• Having NEBOSH, SEVESO General Certificate is a plus
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
• Competence in problem-solving, analytical and interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of people
• Team and project management experience is a must
