Job summary

Denge Automotive in Gebze, Turkey, seeks an Operations & Planning Specialist to oversee daily workflows, manage order entry via IFS ERP, and coordinate across production, procurement and finance. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years in planning/operations, plus strong Excel and Power BI skills for reporting and analysis. This is an on-site role based in Gebze/Istanbul.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent Vocational School / Associate degree.
1–3 years of experience in production planning, operations, or order management.
Hands-on experience with IFS ERP or similar enterprise ERP platforms.
Strong data analysis and reporting skills using MS Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

Oversee, coordinate, and ensure the smooth execution of daily operational workflows.
Accurately enter and maintain customer orders within the IFS ERP system in a timely manner.
Facilitate effective communication and information flow between Production, Procurement, and Accounting regarding order status and manufacturing progress.
Prepare, analyze, and present regular operational and performance reports for management.
