Job summary

Next Sourcing Limited in Türkiye and Egypt offices seeks a Sales and Merchandising Manager to drive client relationships, expand the sourcing network, and manage the product lifecycle from sampling to shipment.

The role requires 15+ years in a managerial sourcing role, strong leadership, and fluent English for global communications. Office-based with travel to factories and fairs as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in a similar managerial role within a sourcing office or buying house.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) to communicate with global buyers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Business Development and Sales Management: manage existing accounts, conduct market research, develop sales strategies.
• Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Network Management: identify, vet, onboard manufacturers, negotiate pricing and lead times, monitor market trends.
• Product Development and Production Management: ensure alignment with design specs, oversee proto-sample to bulk production, resolve bottlenecks.
• Team Leadership and Cross-Functional Coordination: lead merchandising and production teams, collaborate with technical and finance teams.
