Job summary

Tag seeks an ambitious Retail Designer to join our Middle East team. You will deliver outstanding retail designs, strategy, and implementation across the region, owning the design from concept to production.

You will collaborate with peers to exceed client expectations and help Tag grow its market presence. You will work with a diverse global team, developing market-specific strategies and leading design projects while balancing budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Degree in interior architecture or related design field.
• Experience in retail, POSM, shopper marketing or brand activation design.
• Experience creating 3D structural design solutions across varied project types.
• Experience producing visuals and production-ready drawings with specs.
• Strong understanding of production processes, materials, and feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design from concept to production drawings.
• Develop visuals and production-ready drawings for execution.
• Manage design projects across multiple concurrent tasks within Tag network.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations.
• Be a proactive leader, exploring market opportunities within your region.
• Represent Tag ethos with clients and internal teams.
