Job summary

Pfizer Turkey is seeking a Quality Operations Services Manager to oversee end-to-end Quality Management and Commercial Quality services from the Istanbul delivery centre. You will lead CAPA, audit remediation, reporting, governance, and service transitions to scalable operations across regions.

You will drive continuous improvement, automation, data-driven decisions, and partner with Quality Leads, Process Owners, and Digital teams to expand capabilities and ensure compliance with Pfizer quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical quality, compliance or operations experience.
• Experience with Quality Events, investigations, CAPA management, audit remediation.
• Experience leading service delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong data, reporting, analytics for operational decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Quality Management and Commercial Quality services.
• Manage workload, service performance, priorities, risks and escalations.
• Ensure services are delivered in accordance with Pfizer quality standards, procedures and timelines.
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for stakeholders and governance activities.
• Lead onboarding of new Commercial Quality services transitioning from external vendors into the Istanbul model.
• Establish scalable operational processes, governance and performance measures for new services.
