Job summary

Pfizer Türkiye is seeking a Quality Operations Services Manager to oversee end-to-end Quality Management and Commercial Quality services delivered from the Istanbul service center. You will drive governance, reporting, and continuous improvement across global CQ operations.

The role requires 3+ years in pharmaceutical quality or regulated environments, strong stakeholder management, and excellent English communication. The position is hybrid with coordination across regions and time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Social Sciences, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality, compliance, operations, or other regulated environments.
• Experience with Quality Events, investigations, CAPA, audit remediation, quality oversight, or related quality processes.
• Experience managing operational services, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end process delivery.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Quality Management and Commercial Quality operational services.
• Manage workload, service performance, priorities, risks, and escalations.
• Ensure services are delivered in accordance with Pfizer quality standards, procedures, and timelines.
• Lead onboarding of new Commercial Quality operational services transitioning from external vendors into the Istanbul service model.
• Establish scalable operational processes, service documentation, governance, and performance measures for newly onboarded services.
• Oversee the operational support for Quality Events, investigations, root cause analysis, CAPA management, and closure activities.
• Create, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support CQ operations and leadership decisions.
• Drive process standardization, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Coordinate internal and external resources delivering Quality Management and Commercial Quality services.
