Job summary

Gizli Şirket, an industrial manufacturing group operating in international markets, seeks an experienced Quality Manager to drive end-to-end quality management and continuous improvement. The role reports to the Quality Director and will lead QMS activities across the organization.

Responsibilities include managing incoming, process, final, and customer quality; leading root cause analysis, corrective actions, and supplier/production quality control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• 10+ years of quality management experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead QMS implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with standards, legal requirements, customer expectations, and company objectives.
• Oversee incoming, process, final, and customer quality control activities from raw material receipt to finished products.
• Analyze production non-conformities and lead root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and continuous improvement.
• Manage non-conforming products, quarantine, sorting, rework, and disposition processes.
• Manage customer complaints, returns, and quality non-conformities; ensure timely analysis and action planning.
• Monitor customer satisfaction indicators and lead improvement initiatives based on performance results.
• Coordinate preparations for internal, customer, and certification body audits.
• Ensure audit findings are closed within timelines and verified for effectiveness.
• Ensure effectiveness of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 50001, ISO 10002 management systems.
• Define quality objectives and KPIs; analyze quality performance, COPQ, and report to senior management.
• Maintain accuracy of quality documentation, procedures, Control Plans, and Quality Plans.
• Lead quality planning for new product and process launches.
• Oversee laboratory, measurement, testing, calibration, and validation activities.
• Develop and implement quality training and awareness programmes to strengthen quality culture.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, Information Security, Energy Management, and data protection requirements.
• Lead and develop the quality team with clear objectives and performance management.
