Job summary

Weidmann Electrical Technology, a globally active family company, seeks a Senior Global Quality Manager to deputy the Global Head of Quality and shape the global quality strategy. You will lead the global quality team, ensuring adherence to standards and driving improvement across sites.

You’ll deploy the quality strategy, manage KPIs, and work with customers to resolve issues while promoting a strong quality culture across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with strong focus on quality management systems (ISO 9001).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in quality management in international, multi-site environment.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach the global quality team across sites.
• Define and enforce global quality standards, policies, and procedures.
• Drive risk assessments, process improvements, and KPI tracking for quality across locations.
• Collaborate with customers to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
