Job summary

Dauch invites a Quality Management System Engineer (ESK) to support QMS implementation, audits and continuous improvement across our automotive operations. You will work under the Quality Manager to maintain systems, report performance, and drive corrective actions while ensuring compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and other standards.

English proficiency and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in automotive QMS.
• Advanced English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong knowledge of management system standards.
• IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 27001, TISAX.
• Experience with problem solving techniques.
• Able to work in a dynamic environment and team-focused.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist Quality Manager in implementing and maintaining management systems.
• Report performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Plan and manage changes to management systems.
• Prepare and present quality reports based on indicators.
• Manage and update Quality Certificates on Customer Portals.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to address quality issues.
• Prepare and maintain Management System Handbooks and keep them updated.
• Integrate Global QMS documents into the plant QMS.
• Organize product and process audits.
• Support Global Quality Process Audits (Q4).
• Plan system/process/product audits and manage corrective actions.
• Prepare audit plans and manage internal & external audits.
• Lessons Learned management and implementation.
• Support to implement Customer Specific Requirements.
