Job summary

Sony is seeking a Project and Process Consultant to act as a Project Manager within its Global Business Services division in Istanbul. The role involves leading regional and global digital projects, developing project plans, and ensuring governance compliance within the PMO framework.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in project and process management, strong English communication, and familiarity with tools like MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Visio, Nimbus, and ARIS.

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience in business project and process management.
University degree required; Master’s degree would be an asset.
Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
PMO/Project management credentials (PMI, Prince2, or Scrum Master) are nice to have.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

Manage regional and global digital projects according to PMI standards with limited supervision.
Develop, maintain, and communicate business project plans and processes.
Ensure deliverables align with GBS PMO governance and annual reviews.
Plan, organize, monitor and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
Manage project owners and deliver outcomes on time and with quality.
