Job summary

Aras Kargo, a leading logistics group in Türkiye, is seeking a Senior PMO Manager / Transformation PMO Manager to join Aras Digital and steer its international transformation program portfolio.

You will partner with the Managing Director, product and engineering teams, and country units to deliver structured governance, robust reporting, and portfolio visibility across multiple countries. The role demands 10+ years in PMO/Transformation with strong stakeholder management and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years in PMO, transformation management, or program leadership.
• Experience in IT, software development, or technology-driven organisations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate Aras Digital’s overall project and program portfolio.
• Track project progress, milestones, risks, dependencies, blockers, and key decisions.
• Prepare regular management and board-level status reports.
• Support project governance, demand prioritization, and portfolio decision-making processes.
• Track budgets, forecasts, costs, country-specific efforts, resource usage, and project workloads.
• Support invoicing preparation based on country effort and project scope.
• Organize steering meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure decision transparency.
• Support R&D / Technopark reporting processes as required.
• Reduce the management and coordination workload of senior leadership through structured follow-up and reporting.
