Job summary

3C Metal seeks an experienced Project Engineer to drive delivery of energy and industrial infrastructure projects in Türkiye. You will contribute to onshore/offshore surveys, bid preparation, and execution planning as part of our expanding Türkiye team.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering, 2+ years in engineering project execution (oil and gas preferred), and knowledge of welding and piping standards. MS Project and Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum 2 years in engineering project execution, preferably oil & gas.
• Familiarity with high-pressure piping systems and steel fabrication.
• Knowledge of welding processes (GTAW, SMAW, FCAW) and relevant standards.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project kick-off meetings and technical surveys (onshore/offshore).
• Prepare bids and client offers, including estimation and supplier coordination.
• Support project execution through planning, scheduling, and client follow-up.
• Coordinate engineering deliverables and ensure timely drawing issuance.
• Manage procurement, prefabrication, and logistics to fit project needs.
• Oversee installation phases, team mobilization, and site support.
• Lead project close-out activities, including profitability analysis and documentation.
