Job summary

We seek a detail‑oriented professional to coordinate client investment data, collaborate across global teams, and manage schedules to meet SLAs. The role offers growth in private equity analytics within a diverse, international environment.

The ideal candidate has a finance background, strong Excel skills, and 1–2 years in M&A or leveraged finance, with excellent teamwork and intercultural competence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• Interest in Corporate Finance, especially Private Equity.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data quickly and accurately.
• 1–2 years' experience in M&A, leveraged finance, or investment banking.
• Comfort building analysis frameworks and standardizing processes.
• Strong time management and cross-functional coordination.
• Intercultural competence to work across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client investment data handling with accurate and timely feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies and time zones.
• Manage schedules and project status to meet SLAs and best practices.
• Ensure timely delivery of project components and requirements.
• Support customer success managers and project manager for portfolio monitoring activities.
• Assist the project manager in management reporting.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through professional communications.
• Develop presentations and documentation for internal and external clients.
• Lead process optimization and BI projects.
• Adhere to best practices and workflows at organizational and project levels.
