Hyundai Motor Turkey invites you to join our Izmit Plant team as a Paint Production Engineer. You will help address production and quality issues, propose investments, and drive process improvements within a global automotive setting.

The role requires a Mechanical or Chemical Engineering degree and 1–3 years in the automotive industry, with CAD tools and English proficiency. Oberve cost-saving and KPI management, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering required.
• 1–3 years' experience in relevant automotive industry.
• Willing to work in painting, sealing & coating systems.
• Robotic and automation knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support production and engineering team with production and quality problems.
• Propose budget for investment of new equipment and drive these investments.
• Produce written reports and make presentations.
• Active involvement in quality improvement activities.
• Participate in problem solving teams and execute process improvement projects.
• Prepare project outlines, follow up the schedule and budget issues.
• Decide, implement and manage KPI (key performance indicators).
