ABB, a global leader in electrification, seeks an experienced proposals leader to drive technical and commercial tenders for LV UPS systems and related Critical Power solutions on a worldwide scale. You will work with Sales, Engineering, and Factory Operations to deliver optimized, profitable proposals while aligning with ABB’s growth objectives.

The role emphasizes leadership in bid management, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing learning to maintain technical and commercial excellence

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8 years in electrical power/critical power or energy infra industries.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on with UPS systems, batteries, BMS, and power conversion.
• Experience in proposal management, project engineering, quotation development, and contract negotiation.
• Experience in data centers, semiconductor facilities, or mission-critical infra preferred.
• Strong knowledge of LV UPS, batteries, BMS, power system integration, and switchgear.

Aufgaben

• Lead preparation and management of technical and commercial tenders to ensure on-time, competitive and profitable proposals.
• Design LV UPS solutions for data centers and mission-critical applications meeting specs and performance requirements.
• Support business development with customer presentations, workshops, seminars and demonstrations.
• Review customer specs and provide application engineering support to customers, consultants, and sales teams.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, engineering, factories, and vendors to develop executable, value-driven proposals.
• Leverage ABB's critical power portfolio to maximize customer value and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Continuously develop technical, commercial and proposal management expertise through learning and training.
