Job summary

Gami Giyim is seeking a logistics professional to manage import operations in Turkey, including purchase orders, supplier coordination, and timely customs clearance and shipment scheduling.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in a similar role, strong negotiation and communication skills, and fluency in English. You will support documentation, inspections, and regulatory compliance with the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Prepare purchase order details and communicate with suppliers; manage import-related correspondence.
• Ensure customs clearance documents are prepared and submitted on time.
• Obtain production lead times and shipment schedules from suppliers.
• Share shipment details with overseas suppliers to coordinate shipments.
• Monitor procedures to ensure shipments are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Coordinate quality inspections with third-party inspection agencies.
• Manage product notification, registration, and approval processes with the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
• Ensure shipping documents and quality certificates are available for customs clearance.
