Massive Bio, Inc. is seeking an HR & Talent Partner to support our global workforce with hands-on recruiting, onboarding, HR administration and employee experience.

You will report to the Senior Manager of HR & Talent and work with autonomy in a fast-growing, AI-enabled environment. This role blends recruiting with day-to-day people operations across our distributed teams, leveraging AI tools to speed processes and improve workflows in Rippling, Kula, and Jira.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in HR, recruitment, people ops, or a generalist role.
• Hands-on recruitment operations: sourcing, screening, and ATS management.
• Experience in distributed or remote companies across multiple time zones.
• Strong written and spoken English; fully English-speaking organization.
• Daily, hands-on use of AI tools in your current work.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day recruiting: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and pipeline management.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and debriefs; manage postings and candidate comms in the ATS.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee and contractor HR inquiries; support onboarding/offboarding.
• Maintain records in HR systems and assist payroll coordination, benefits, and compliance tasks.
• Contribute to engagement initiatives, policy rollout, analytics, and AI-driven HR workflows.
