Job summary

ING Türkiye is seeking a highly creative Visual Communications Designer & AI Content Creator to join our Communications & Brand Experience team. You will blend visual design, content creation, video production, storytelling, and generative AI to deliver high-impact communications across internal and external channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in visual communication, digital design, content creation, or creative production.
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand communications, social campaigns, video production, motion graphics, and storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Figma.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools for design, content, and video creation.
• Strong visual storytelling skills, creativity and a passion for emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging visual content for corporate communications, employer branding, social media, campaigns, events, and leadership communications.
• Create presentations, infographics, digital assets, videos, motion graphics, and branded communication materials.
