You will design menus, supervise production, and ensure staff hygiene and safety across operations, aligning with international standards on a major construction project.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the industrial catering (mass feeding) sector.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 22000 and HACCP implementations.
• Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills with excellent communication abilities.
• Analytical thinking, reporting skills, and detail-oriented approach.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Preferably experience in catering for international construction projects.

Responsabilités

• Organizing daily production plans according to the menu and portion counts, supervising production from start to finish.
• Conducting quality, freshness, and compliance checks of raw materials; manage approval/rejection processes.
• Ensuring HACCP and ISO 22000 systems are maintained and auditable.
• Performing sensory evaluations of meals and final checks prior to service.
• Designing and planning appropriate menus.
• Training staff and auditing hygiene conditions regularly.
• Monitoring cleaning, sanitation, and disinfection in production areas.
• Managing warehouse conditions and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal procedures.
