Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organizing daily production plans according to the menu and portion counts, supervising production from start to finish.
• Conducting quality, freshness, and compliance checks of raw materials; manage approval/rejection processes.
• Ensuring HACCP and ISO 22000 systems are maintained and auditable.
• Performing sensory evaluations of meals and final checks prior to service.
• Designing and planning appropriate menus.
• Training staff and auditing hygiene conditions regularly.
• Monitoring cleaning, sanitation, and disinfection in production areas.
• Managing warehouse conditions and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal procedures.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conducting quality, freshness, and compliance checks of purchased raw materials; managing material approval or rejection processes based on acceptance criteria.
• Ensuring the establishment and continuity of HACCP and ISO 22000 systems, and presenting reports during audits.
• Performing sensory evaluations of meals and conducting final checks prior to service.
• Designing and planning appropriate menus.
• Ensuring regular delivery of personnel training and auditing staff hygiene conditions consistently.
• Monitoring cleaning, sanitation, and disinfection programs within production areas.
• Controlling warehouse conditions and supervising shelf life and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal procedures across all processes.
