Job summary

Arrow Electronics (Arrow Global Components) is expanding its Field Sales team in Istanbul. We are seeking a Field Sales Representative with a technical background to secure new business and maintain high levels of customer service.

You will develop relationships, manage key accounts, and pursue design opportunities across IP&E components. The role emphasizes on-site visits, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• University degree in electronics or engineering is preferred.
• +4/5 years work experience in technical sales or field sales/account management.
• Fluent in English and Turkish (written and spoken).
• Driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned accounts.
• Develop relationships and negotiate at all levels within the customer.
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Be visible on site – frequent customer visits.
• Maximize Arrow’s market share and profitability.
• Promote Arrow design in profile and technical sales.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to grow the business.
• Proactively promote Arrow’s top suppliers across the line card.
• Prioritize time on the largest growth opportunities.
• Regular meetings with Sales Manager to align actions.
• Understand competitive activity in the accounts base.
• Have knowledge about IP&E components.
• Drive supplier initiatives during regular meetings.
• Coordinate supplier and Arrow FAE support to maximize new design opportunities.
• Record development projects and their stage.
