Job summary

WIN SOURCE seeks an International Sales Representative to drive global B2B growth in electronic components supply chain. You will develop new and existing customers, support RFQ and quotation processes, and coordinate with sales, sourcing, logistics and quality teams to deliver value beyond products.

You will work across markets, build knowledge of electronics markets, and participate in international exhibitions as needed to expand WIN SOURCE's global footprint.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales and business development.
• Experience in electronic components or electronics distribution is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused with ability to manage opportunities through the sales cycle.
• International sales mindset with proactive ownership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers across assigned markets.
• Identify opportunities through market research and follow-up.
• Support the complete sales process, including customer communication, quotation preparation, order follow-up and delivery coordination.
• Collaborate with internal sourcing, logistics and quality teams to address shortages and lead-time pressures.
• Maintain accurate customer data and CRM updates.
• Build product knowledge and market awareness to strengthen sales capability.
• Support customer meetings and international exhibitions as needed.
