WIN SOURCE is seeking an International Sales Manager to build strategic partnerships with global OEMs, EMS providers and technology companies. You will work with customers across AI infrastructure, automotive, industrial, medical and advanced electronics sectors to maintain production continuity and secure critical component supply.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years in B2B sales or related commercial roles.
Experience with electronic components or tech supply chains is a plus.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

Develop strategic relationships with global customers and drive growth in assigned markets.
Manage the end-to-end sales process from market development to RFQ, negotiation and closing.
Collaborate with engineering, procurement and supply chain teams to deliver sourcing solutions.
Help customers navigate shortages, EOL risks, lifecycle transitions and cost optimization.
Represent WIN SOURCE at meetings and industry events with global teams.
