Job summary

Vaillant Group Belgium is seeking a Demand Planning Specialist to join our Turkey-based Bozfc27k production facility. You will develop short-, medium-, and long-term demand forecasts, monitor inventory levels, and support supply chain alignment across Sales, Production and Supply Chain teams.

You will estimate forecast accuracy, create reports, and drive data-driven decisions while collaborating with local and global stakeholders in a hybrid work model and offering health insurance benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Up to 5 years of professional experience in demand planning, supply chain, or related field; recent graduates welcome.
• Knowledge of demand forecasting, inventory planning, and supply chain processes; strong analytical and reporting skills; SAP knowledge a plus.
• Good command of English for international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Forecast short-, medium-, and long-term demand for assigned product groups.
• Monitor finished goods and inventory levels; optimize stock planning.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production and Supply Chain to align demand and supply.
• Prepare demand, inventory, and supply chain reports and provide data-driven insights.
