Job summary

Unilever is seeking an Assistant Supply Planning Manager in Ümraniye, Turkey, to drive end-to-end supply planning for local HPC category. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, optimize service levels, inventory and costs while leading digitalization initiatives.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree, 3–4 years in planning, and strong Turkish and English communication, with proficiency in MS Office and analytical decision-making. Local full-time role.

Qualifications

• University degree preferably in Engineering.
• 3-4 years' experience in planning roles.
• Excellent written and verbal Turkish & English.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HPC category supply to provide competitive service.
• Coordinate end-to-end supply planning processes for optimal service, inventory, and cost.
• Lead E2E supply planning digitalization to improve efficiency and decision quality.
• Partner with Procurement, Manufacturing, Demand Planning, Logistics, Finance, IT, MDM, Trade Ops and CX.
• Lead inventory management, set safety and cycle stock targets.
• Drive inventory optimization with advanced planning and loss-tree analyses.
• Apply zero-based inventory methodologies with analytics and cross-functional governance.
• Challenge and simplify planning processes to automate non-value-added activities.
• Lead service KPI and loss stratification with countermeasures.
• Lead UMS CSA pillar and continuous improvement aligned with factory goals.
