Job summary

Essity seeks a Customer Logistics Specialist based in Turkey to coordinate customs, warehousing, transportation, inventory and reporting for Turkey, South Africa and UAE. You will help maintain inventory accuracy and support timely deliveries in a hybrid setup.

You will handle PO management in SAP AP1/B1/S/4 and oversee warehouse, transportation, and reporting across markets. Collaboration with Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement and external partners is essential, with potential limited

Qualifications

Relevant educational background or equivalent practical experience in logistics or supply-chain operations.
Experience in logistics operations, customs, warehouse coordination, transportation or related supply-chain area; Turkish customs knowledge valued.
Strong SAP experience (AP1/B1/S/4) and proficient Excel for reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

Create and manage purchase orders using SAP AP1 and SAP B1.
Coordinate customs processes and documentation, with Turkish requirements in focus.
Oversee daily warehouse activities and coordinate transportation between distribution centers and the local warehouse.
Monitor stock discrepancies, coordinate annual physical counts and support inventories.
Calculate annual packaging-waste obligations and assist in inventory valuation and cost calculations.
Maintain accurate inventory and performance reports.
