Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in cost control, budgeting/FP&A or financial analysis across multiple sites.
• Strong understanding of the Turkish uniform chart of accounts and ability to translate data into management insight.
• Advanced Excel skills are required; experience with ERP systems.
• Experience working in a multi-country, multi-currency (TRY/EUR) environment.
• Good command of English with the ability to communicate findings to Holding management.

Responsibilities

• Analyse indirect and overhead costs across Group companies, branches and cost centres.
• Build the Group's consolidated budget and manage monthly budget-versus-actual reporting, variance analysis and root-cause assessment.
• Map, rationalise and harmonise cost-centre structures and master data across Group companies.
• Conduct supplier and category-level spend analysis; identify opportunities for supplier consolidation and cost optimisation.
• Develop unit-cost benchmarks across companies, branches and warehouses and investigate deviations.
• Review expenditure processes to identify duplicate, recurring, misclassified or insufficiently documented spend and recommend improvements.
• Work closely with finance, accounting and procurement across Türkiye, the Netherlands and Malta to collect, validate and standardise data.
• Build and maintain management dashboards and prepare monthly cost reports for Holding management.
• Analyse personnel costs and overtime from a cost perspective and monitor relevant payment-channel costs.
• Hands-on and execution-oriented; comfortable building analyses, reports and dashboards independently.
