Job summary

BBN Airlines Türkiye is seeking a crew scheduling specialist to plan and manage cabin and cockpit crew rosters in Istanbul, ensuring compliance with SHT-FTL and aviation regulations. You will coordinate with OCC to optimize flight operations, implement schedule changes in planning systems, prepare crew documentation for authorities, and produce operational reports.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in aviation or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in crew allocation (Crew Control).
• Knowledge of SHT-FTL regulations.
• Strong written and spoken English skills (min. B1).
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical thinking, planning, and reporting skills.
• Excellent follow-up and coordination skills, with the ability to communicate across departments.
• Willing and able to work shifts.
• Currently residing in Istanbul or willing to relocate to Istanbul.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage cabin crew and cockpit crew flight schedules from an operational perspective, in compliance with the instructions of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (SHT-FTL).
• Work in coordination with the Operations Control Center (OCC) to ensure that flight operations are carried out on time.
• Implement decisions and changes made by the OCC in crew planning systems and monitor changes to crew schedules.
• Take a proactive approach to potential disruptions during operations, coordinate with relevant departments, and take necessary measures.
• Prepare and distribute crew documentation required by the authorities of the countries where flights will be operated.
• Prepare and present operational reports.
