Job summary

ING Hubs Türkiye is seeking a Product Manager to originate and build data-driven algorithmic products in customer intelligence. You will work in a global team shaping analytics in Retail Banking Analytics, with a hybrid work model balancing collaboration and flexibility.

The role requires 5–8 years in analytics, data science, ML, or product management, a Master’s degree in a quantitative field, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Experience leading analytics or ML product initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Strong consulting, advisory, or cross-functional product leadership background.
• Excellent stakeholder management and senior leadership communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of analytics products in Retail Banking Analytics domains.
• Drive product discovery by identifying data opportunities and prioritizing backlog.
• Define product vision, value propositions and strategy to maximize impact.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Data Engineers to deliver scalable solutions.
• Own product backlog and prepare governance discussions for strategic decisions.
• Apply Agile, Lean and Design Thinking to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Lead prototyping and blueprinting translating business needs into concepts.
• Stay at the forefront of analytics and data science innovations.
