In a dynamic remote environment, you will use QuickBooks, handle accounts payable and receivable, and maintain data in Google Sheets to support reporting and audits.

The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently from the USA.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting roles.
• Proficient in QuickBooks for day-to-day bookkeeping.
• Strong Google Sheets skills, including formulas and data management.
• Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, detail-oriented.
• Based in the USA and able to work extended or weekend hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Use QuickBooks for bookkeeping and transaction recording.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintain financial data in Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support budgets and compliance.
• Assist with ad hoc financial projects and audits.
• Stay available for weekend or extended hours as required.
