Candidates should possess 4+ years of relevant experience and strong communication skills, with knowledge of DMCA regulations and cybersecurity operations being highly valued.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in abuse handling, hosting support, or cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of abuse types and indicators.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Review and investigate abuse reports including phishing and DDoS attacks.
• Process DMCA takedown requests and law enforcement inquiries.
• Collaborate with teams to mitigate and document abuse incidents.
